Wrongful Death Cases arising from nursing home abuse/neglect, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, etc.

Nursing home neglect case against Cornerstone Health & Rehab - lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi involving allegations of neglect that lead to the eventual death of the plaintiff in the case.  Client had a history of falls while under the care of the nursing home, yet the nursing home failed to implement any anti-fall precautions.  Client eventually fell while attempting to exit her bed and was found in a pool of blood from a head wound under her bed a significant time later.  The client ultimately died from her injuries.

Train v. Pedestrian case pending in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County, MS against C&J Railroad - lawsuit currently pending against C&J Railroad in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County, MIssissippi, arising from the train being operated by C&J Railroad colliding with the plaintiff.  The plaintiff's arm and portions of both of her feet were amputated by the train.  The severely injured client was not found until the train returned from its run to a neighboring town, at which time the plaintiff was found lying across the track.  Her arm and toes were found farther down the tracks.  The plaintiff lived in a vegetable state for nearly a year before succumbing to her injuries.
